Auction Terms & Conditions All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied unless we say an item is tested and working, then you have our word and a 48 hr guarantee (gives you time to get it home and plug it in). On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. It is YOUR responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637). Lots close at 20 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment should be paid within 24 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We now take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone. Pick Up Terms: We will be open Friday and Saturday following the auction and Monday through Wednesday at our location in Vancouver. It is easy to get to but please make appointment to make sure we will be available. We are closed Sunday. If not picked up by Wednesday the item becomes our property to donate or resale. Mailing: Yes, we can mail most items and cost is generally low so please feel free to ask for costs. We are not set up for shipping larger items. If you need shipping, you must pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you special invoice with shipping charges. Pick Up: Our location is 227 E Reserve St, #103, Vancouver, WA 98661. New Pickup times are for the week after the auction closes: Friday: 10-4, Saturday: 10-4, Closed Sun, Mon-Wed:10-4 All items must be paid within 24 hours and must be picked up by the following Wednesday or they will be given away or resold. Shipping: YES WE CAN MAIL OR SHIP MOST ITEMS. We have access to USPS and UPS and have lots of experience shipping world-wide. We have a $5 handling fee and charge for special boxes or any direct costs. Larger items, such as furniture, are out of our league, shipping wise, but if you want to handle it, fine.
