This is a special, smaller, auction of one collector's art and poster collection. Most of this art is professionally framed here in the Greater Portland area. There are many original works of art and some one-of-a-kind pieces. He had a great eye and you really need to see these in person if you can get over here to our warehouse. It would be worth the trip.
Since we don't ship artwork, all shipping will be done by our local FedEx store which, we believe, is the best and most cost efficient in our area. You will need to pay upon the auction closing, we'll then take the pieces to them to get costs and get you a new shipping invoice. Only exception would be the rolled up posters and smaller metal pieces.

Auction Terms & Conditions All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637).
Lots close at 12 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots).
Your Bid is a Contract: Please bid only if you will honor any purchases that you make. We do report non-paying bidders to the National Database to exclude them from further online auction bidding.
Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone.
Pick Up Terms: All items MUST be picked up Friday, Monday and Tuesday after the auction. We may have some Saturday pickup times but none scheduled right now.
SPECIAL MAILING RULES:
We will not be mailing anything in this auction. If you request mailing, we will be taking it to the local FedEx for handling. They are the most professional and reasonable in the area. We'll make sure you also receive our shipping discount to try and keep cost lower.
