We are doing some experiments in this auction. It contains items from several consignors and lots of resaleable items for eBay or Craigslist sellers. There are some very high end items that are very top shelf and, on the other side, we have many lots starting at $1. Since people said they only wanted an item or two from a box lot at previous auctions we've listed the real interesting items as individuals. That way you only buy what you want. Let us know what you think. It's a changing environment and our job is to keep you happy and bidding (of course).

Auction Terms & Conditions We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes you can come down and look items over at our preview or by appointment.
All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied unless we say an item is tested and working, then you have our word and a 48 hr guarantee (gives you time to get it home and plug it in). If you are in the area it's always a good idea to make an appointment and drop by and see the items. If you can't, please don't hesitate to email or call and we'll answer any question we can and usually take additional photos if requested.
On all jewelry listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. It is your responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking.
Please try to register and ask questions prior to the when the auction starts to end since we'll be pretty busy at that time and may not be able to return calls until after the auction is over.
We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots)
Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Please pay within 24 hours. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior.

All payments in United States dollars. You must pay within 24 hours of the auction ending. We will be sending an invoice to the email provided after the auction. On the email with the invoice is a direct link to my PayPal account for payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry, they take credit cards and checks. If paying at pickup, please let us know and I can take cash or cards at the facility.

Pick Up: Our location is on SE 18th Ave, just off Holgate Blvd. We have it listed as 4513 and that will find the location on most GPS units, even though there is no real address on the location, just a number 109. NOTICE: this auction pickup must be on Friday or Sunday
Shipping: If you are not in the Portland area and would like us to ship the items you win, please contact us prior to bidding to make sure the item can be shipped. We have access to USPS and FedEx and ship items constantly so have experience. Larger items, such as furniture, are out of our league shipping wise but, if you know someone that could pick them up or handle the shipping in a timely manner, we're listening.
