Auction Terms & Conditions Payment Must be made with 24 hours of auction close and picked up by Sunday night, September 25th. Please do not bid if you can not live within those parameters. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, you can come down and look items over at our preview or by appointment. All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied unless we say an item is tested and working, then you have our word and a 48 hr guarantee (gives you time to get it home and plug it in). If you are in the area it's always a good idea to make an appointment and drop by and see the items. If you can't, please don't hesitate to email or call and we'll answer any question we can and usually take additional photos if requested. On all jewelry, coins and stamp listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. It is your responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking. Please try to register and ask questions prior to the when the auction starts to end since we'll be pretty busy at that time and may not be able to return calls until after the auction is over. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Please pay within 24 hours. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. I will be available almost all day Thursday and Friday after the auction and over the weekend we can work a time out. Everything must be picked up by Sunday night, no exceptions this time. We will begin moving from this location on Monday, Sept 26 and will not be held liable for any paid items not picked up prior to moving.
