We made some changes for picking up your winnings to comply with regulations and for both your and our health & safety. Options for picking up your winnings: * Warehouse pickup will be at the door and we will bring your items out to you for you to load. No one will be allowed in the warehouse. * We are offering LOCAL deliveries for a fee. How far we can travel and costs will vary upon distance, amount and local regulations due to this crisis time. One of our buyers, a soon to be new Dad, is out of a job and will be doing this to help his family during these troubled times. * Mail is unchanged, but it may take us a few days to package it and send you the shipping charges. Please pay for the item as soon as you receive the invoice and the shipping invoice will follow in a few days. * If nothing else works, we can hold onto some items until everything clears.

From a full sized pool table, baby grand piano and grandfather clock to coins, stamps, LGB train set and kitchen items, this is an auction not to miss. Dr Goluban was a local emergency room doctor and well known Rotarian and World traveler. So many items that we are breaking tradition and having the pick up at the home in what most locals call the Fern Prairie area North of Camas. About 9.2 miles from the Hwy 14 and 192nd Ave exchange. We are still doing normal mailing and can bring smaller items to the warehouse for later pickup for a fee (read instructions). SPECIAL NOTICE: There were too many large items to move it all to the warehouse so this will require the winning buyers to pick up items at the home (address to be given in winning invoices). This will be done by prior appointment over a 3 day time period due to the limited amount of parking. Smaller items can be picked up, for a fee ($2 per box), at the warehouse the following week, if prearranged. We will have limited help at the house for moving items. An entire antique store for auction at our warehouse. Judy's Antique store served the Cowlitz Country (Longview and then Kalama) since the mid-70's. When she got sick, she put everything in storage and was going to sell from home until she got better. She passed before doing many sales and we are honored to represent the family and her memory by selling the diverse antiques she carried. The auction is bidding now and closes on Thursday, January 23rd. NOTE: Many of the lots are larger than normal due to the amount of items from this store. You can take only the ones you need if desired. Also, shipping will be very hard for many groups of glass so, if you are anticipating having them shipped, please bid wisely.
